Terms of service

What we do

You give us a product URL and approve a profile. We submit that profile to directories, launch boards, review sites and marketplaces, and we verify each listing by fetching it logged-out. A package number refers to published listings, not forms sent — we submit substantially more than your number to reach it.

What we don't do

We do not submit to link farms. We do not solve captchas on your behalf, create accounts that require your identity documents, or make claims about your product that you have not approved. We cannot guarantee any directory will publish you, or that a published listing will rank.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or represent the product, that the claims in your profile are true, and that your product does not breach the rules of the directories we submit to. You are responsible for the human steps we flag: payments, provider sign-ins, and captchas.

Payment

One payment per product, taken before the run. Fees for paid directories, if you ask us to buy them, are passed through at cost plus handling and are non-refundable once paid to the directory.

Removal

You may ask us to roll back at any time. We send and track a removal request to every directory we submitted to, and delete your mailbox, profile and assets. Third-party directories act on their own timelines.

Liability

The service is provided as described. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for the decisions of third-party directories, for search-engine rankings, or for indirect losses.
