Privacy policy

What we collect

From you: the product URL, your email address, the plan you chose, and the profile you approve for submission — product name, taglines, descriptions, categories, logo and screenshots.

Automatically: your IP country, browser user agent and referring page when you submit the form, used to block abuse.

On your behalf: mail received at the submission mailbox we create for your product, and the state of every listing we submit.

What we do with it

We submit your approved profile to directories, read the replies to track what was published, and build your report. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train models.

Who else sees it

Each directory you are submitted to receives the profile fields that its form requires — that is the service. Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Migadu (mailboxes), Resend (transactional email).

Your mailbox

The submission mailbox is yours. You get the credentials, you can read everything in it, and it is deleted on request or 90 days after your run completes, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time: hello@pollendo.com. Deletion removes your profile, assets, mailbox and report from our systems. Listings already published on third-party directories are requested for removal, but each directory decides on its own timeline — we cannot force a third party to delete.

Retention

Lead records: 12 months. Tenant profiles, submissions and reports: for the life of your account plus 12 months. Mailbox contents: 90 days after the run, unless you ask us to keep it.
